What you've got to realise is that the key to balancing your life lies in setting healthy boundaries. Without them, you are risking burnout, and that can be disastrous for yourself and your family.
I want to share how not having healthy boundaries in place is creating burnout in mums... and I have been there myself...
Firstly, ignoring your boundaries pressures you to do more than you can handle. It's easy to get trapped in the cycle of trying to do everything and then feeling guilty for not accomplishing enough. The result? Burnout. By setting healthy boundaries, you're giving yourself permission to say no, delegate tasks, or ask for help. Easier said than done, I know... but start small and you will soon become more comfortable and confident.

As a proud mother, it's easy to get swept up in the routine of caring for your children, their needs, and their activities, setting your own aspirations and goals aside. But are you truly living the life you envisioned for yourself? It's time to dig deep and identify if you're living in complacency, and I'm going to tell you how.
First off, have you lost touch with your passions? I know firsthand how easy it is to forget the things we love as we focus on our family. But let me tell you, abandoning your passions is like abandoning a piece of your soul. Don't let that happen. Make time for the things you love, whether it's painting, running, or cooking. Take an hour or two each week and indulge in your passion. Trust me, you'll feel more fulfilled and happier for it.
